The sommelier of Raffles Hotel Singapore, the legendary hotel in Singapore, Stéphanie Rigourd had the pleasure, on her arrival, of discovering a 1973 Montrachet Grand Cru vintage from Domaine de la Romanée Conti, perfectly preserved in a EuroCave cellar! 

"When I arrived, I found several bottles of this exceptional wine. They didn’t look in good condition. I was expecting them to be oxidized.

To my surprise, it still had all its freshness and high minerality. This is the treasure of my EuroCave wine cabinet."
